You will also find notes from other wild mountain flowers and herbs, giving it a rich, multi-floral character that is quite distinct.When you taste this honey, you will notice its delicate sweetness balanced with refreshing floral notes, often with hints of vanilla. Its texture is wonderfully creamy and smooth, almost like whipped butter, and it naturally develops its characteristic white color as it crystallises. This honey is raw and unfiltered, meaning it is kept as natural as possible, without excessive heating or additives, preserving its genuine qualities.
