Returns policy

You can return products within fourteen days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with full packaging. Personalised items and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within seven business days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective.
